High end VS drugstore concealers

So we all have problems with finding a good concealer for highlighting and one for covering our very annoying blemishes and spots, for years I struggled to find a concealer that actually fully covered spots for a decent amount of time, but now I have found the perfect concealer for covering spots, one is from a high end shop and the other is drugstore, so i thought id share this information to help if you're struggling to find a great concealer,I will also mention a high end and drugstore concealer that is best for highlighting!

So in the pictures above we have MAC pro long wear concealer and Sleek Luminaire concealer both of these i find are the best for covering them blemishes and spots! MACS is described to produce a medium to full coverage with a natural matte finish, which it does, but as you put it on it does feel so lightweight and you do wonder how its going to be medium to full coverage but it honestly is and i couldn't find a better high end full coverage concealer! This concealer is priced at £17 and I am in the colour NC15. My drugstore concealer is the sleek Luminaire concealer i have found that this is also very good coverage for spots/blemishes,it has a very salmony undertone but it really works when blending into your skin, it provides a medium coverage but can easily be built up, it isn't a light weight concealer it is in fact very thick so you do worry its going to cake up but it does not cake at all, this concealer is priced at £6.49.

Here are my highlighting concealers for high end i have NARS radiant creamy concealer and for drugstore i have Rimmel wake me up concealer, NARS for me is a very creamy concealer and very radiant so i wouldn't use it for any more than for highlighting, I have it in Vanilla which has a tiny cast of pink for the fair complexion i have so for this i find it very good! This concealer is priced at £22. For my drugstore i chose to use Rimmel wake me up, ive previously wrote a blog post about have much i dislike the foundation but the concealer is great for highlighting,it isn't good for spots but defiantly is for highlighting, i would 100% recommend this concealer, it is such a perfect light consistency that doesn't cake, this is priced at £5.49

Thankyou so much for reading i hoped that this helped!

Lipstick collection

As someone who hasn't really been wearing lipstick for ages, I always thought what was the point as it comes off as soon as you have a drink or eat something but then I had my first MAC lipstick bought for me and it changed how I thought, soon I realised  i couldn't wear makeup without lipstick so starting to build up my collection,my collection is quite small but because im so limited in which colours i will actually wear It is quite a lot for me and I just like trying out them from each brand! So I have 4 from MAC,4 from MUA,1 from Sleek,1 from Rimmel and 1 from L'Oreal, the shades I have are very neutral nudes/pinks apart from 3 which include 2 very bright adventurous reds and 1 bright pink shade! I will display the pictures down below with the names . As a change i thought id do a more picture kind of blog instead of a chatty one!
Velvet teddy&Kinda sexy (matte finishes), Fabby (frost finish) and Creme cup (creme-sheen finish)

Fawn fancy,Totally nude & Red siren (Matte finishes) and Flamingo (sheen finish)

Rimmel Kate Moss 'Kiss of life' Matte finish lipstick
LO'real colour riche in nude '235' (this is more of a glossy finish)
Sleek 'Nude' sheen finish lipstick.

I really hope you enjoyed this post, if you want any more information on these lipsticks then just ask and i will 100% reply! Thank you for reading

The best moisturiser for combination skin

Today i thought i would write a completely different post and go with the theme of 'skin care' so as moisturiser is one of them products that you have to know which works best for you and which one you love! Recently I was shopping in asda and i thought about going to look at the moisturisers as the one ive been using isn't the best and it also sets sticky, which is a big no no for me! I have combination skin so i find quite a lot of moisturisers are aimed at 'oily' or 'dry' the most. So as i was looking i came across Garnier moisture soft 'Normal to dry skin' this was the best one for me to get as the other 2 were aimed at oily and completely dehydrated skin and i was happy to have the dry skin aim on it as i get a very dry nose when it gets warmer due to sun burn a few years ago! I've now been using this moisturiser as my night time moisturiser for 4 days and i love it,It has improved my dry areas and help maintain the better areas of my skin which is exactly what i wanted from a moisturiser, It says it has 24 hour hydration which i can agree with quite happily and it always smoothes ans beautifies which i can also agree with! It sinks into your skin so beautifully and does not leave any stickiness. 100% happy with this product, It was only £1.97!

Thank you for reading! What is your favorite moisturiser? Id love to know! Leah x
